Detecting, investigating and removing illegal content online should be simple
In 2016, we observed that detecting, investigating, and quickly removing illegal online content remained difficult and time-consuming, even for cybersecurity specialists and legal professionals.
Online extrajudicial procedures face numerous challenges: a variety of forms, stakeholders, legal arguments, applicable laws and terms of service, response times, and more.
To make this process simpler, faster and more accessible to the greatest number, we created Noticio, a 100% French company, to open a single point of contact for the detection, investigation and removal of illegal online content.
Noticio also develops trusted partnerships with technical intermediaries, platforms, social networks, e-commerce websites committed to respecting the law and the rights of rights holders, and various stakeholders in the ecosystem: law firms, bailiffs, cybersecurity consultants, OSINT investigators, fact-checkers, experts in competitive intelligence, government agencies and authorities.
