DSA: The European Commission presents a new toolbox of good practices during the election period for digital services coordinators (Press release February 21 2025).

Regulation: Publication of a decree that seeks to impose presidential supervision on the FTC (Federal Trade Commission), FCC (Federal Communications Commission) and SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission) agencies that regulate American markets (Press release February 18 2025).

DSA: Apple announces that it has removed from the App Store all applications that are not yet compliant with Articles 30 and 31 of the DSA (Press release February 18 2025).

AI: The first measures of the AI Act have been applicable since February 2nd. The Commission has also published guidelines on the definition of AI systems, a living repository to foster learning and exchange on AI literacy and guidelines on prohibited practices in AI.

DSA: As part of its investigation, the Commission sent a request for additional information to SHEIN (Press release February 6 2025).

DSA: The BEUC calls on the European Commission to conclude its investigation in order to take dissuasive and effective measures against Temu in the interest of consumers and businesses (Press release February 3 2025).
